I am thinking of buying an independent or duplex Villa or Bungalow in a gated community for retirement in or near Chennai. If that is not available, I may also buy a vacant plot and build a modern home. I need the address of a good real estate agent who can help me in selecting and purchasing such a property. Also, I need to know how much the Real Estate Agent will charge me for his services. Thanks
