Is my dog a mixed breed (mutt) or a badly bred purebreed?

I think he is 100% a mutt. You'd be surprised at how some of these mutts can look like a purebred dog. Several weeks ago, I came across a dog (long story) that looked like a purebred Norwich Terrier, which is quite rare. It turned out that the dog was a Yorkie/Pom mix. (It was a lost dog, and I found the original owner, and they told me what the mix was) I don't even think the dog you pictured even has American Eskimo in it at all. I can see Chi/Pom and *maybe* even Corgi, but that's jmo.
