How much is a 6 month Female GSD Suppose to Weigh?

German shepherds arent all alike. I had a male who weighed 65 full grown and I currently have a female who is 70lbs full grown. Her parents were about that big, but had puppies who grew to be 90lbs. Its odd that a vet told you to feed her more, usually they say underweight is better than overweight ( uming she isnt emaciated.) My female grew a little after 6 months. Not much more. She will probably be between 70-80 full grown.
