Dunno if this is a question or just letting off some air. v booked hotels thru zuji online but ..?
due typhoon flt was cancelled. i called zuji (think 1 of those outsourced type) spent some time talking to an unknown face poss someone employed just to pick up the phone to no avail. the bottom line is 'no' zuji will not give me a refund for all my hotel bookings yet i hv to pay em for 'services' m totally fed up now they wont listen to our explanations tat flt was cancelled i called the hotel myself n was told yes refund is acceptable if due typhoon. my question is - is there redress for us..cant find a real person to talk to in zuji singapore. sighhhhhhhhhh
