Did Richard Nixon know about an impending attack from aliens?

I remember hearing something about president Nixon wanting to continue building on NORAD, something about how he couldn't tell us why he wanted to continue, but suggestions were that aliens were going to come and attack and he was trying to protect us from them by building NORAD nicknamed star wars or something? Also something like George Bush wanted to continue on the NORAD operation and wouldn't really say why. Can someone link me with a little bit more information on this?
