Is he or isnt he? that is the question?

ok well thers this guy who's 6 years older than me and we met through friends one night we talked and the next nite we met we 'hooked up' or 'picked up' (watever the lingo is) then we didnt see each other for a month then i was drunk and txted him then he txted bak then i sed we should catch up but he didnt txt bak then he txted me a couple of days after sayin i should come out with him and i didnt go and he was askin my friend wer i was too (he was drunk by the way wen he txted me) then we met the weekend after (as a coincidence) then we just danced and stuf that nite but didnt do anything beyond that now ive texted him askin if he wants to come out with me but he hasnt txted bak is he shy or just not interested?
