My partner farts alot during ...what the hell am I supposed to say?

I know it sounds like a joke, but my god! He farts so much and so loudly, it's making me repulsed and not wanting to have anymore. How am I supposed to say I find it revolting without hurting his feelings? He is sensitive and I tend to be quite blunt, so I'm not sure what to say.
