Acting agents in the monteray bay area! HELP!?

hi i'm 16 i'm a female who can sing act & dance and my dream is o work with disney and get a record deal with hollywood records! please please help me i know i'm capable of this i just need an agent. and i need one fast because disney has an open audition for a new show "smart alec" and it's perfect for me and i really want to be casted as the main charecter!
