Ok so for the last month or so i have got in to a bad habit of going to sleep at lyk about 5am in the morning?

i go to sleep about 5am and wake up about 1-2pm 4 the last month i get round 8 hrs sleep wich is ment to b enuff im goin uni nex year n am lukin 4 a part time job so i dnt have any time table at the moe but im gessin its a very bad habbit any bad helth issues i shud no bout??
