I have a 97 Explorer 4.0L V6 that won't start/crank.?

Pulled starter and it checked out fine at local auto parts store. Replaced solenoid. Checked/cleaned all grounds to the best of my ability. When I turn the key it clicks at the solenoid but won't crank. Need help!
