I am trying to open a beauty supply store, but i don't know where to start.?

I want to open a beauty supply store in savannah, ga and i was wondering what are the general startup costs after u have a space and licensing. also i want to know if anyone knows of a beauty supply wholesaler with products i can view online. this will be my first business and i am trying to get information from everywhere.
