Are digestive symptoms alone a sign of hiv infection?

I may have caught the stomach flu from my roommate who had it earlier in the week cause I experienced symptoms of diahrhea and nausea but I' m unsure. I took an oraquick test which only tests for antibodies on friday that came back negative. I'm aware there is a window period with those tests so that has a chance of false negative. I haven't had any of the other listed symptoms of hiv though (thrush, headache, fever, swollen lymph nodes). My possible exposure was when I may have come into contact with pre from with a man. Please serious answers only I'm really worried.
