Another Potato Plant Question?

OK, I now understand how to mound them up, thank you! My question is, my plants are about 8-12" high now. THey do have flowers on them, can I still mound them up or is it too late? I feel so dumb, but I didn't understand it. So is it too late or should I try to mound up them plants now? THank you!
